Page Templates
The main issue: I cannot see page templates
I currently only have the default and custom templates:
I tried following the Set page template instructions, however, I cannot even set the home page template. May I please have the URL for the documentation for template options (and how to use them) as illustrated here: https://alps.adventist.io/v3/?p=viewall-pages-all
Also, there is no mention of "Templates" in the Page Attributes section of the Edit page screen:
Thank you for making this template publicly available. It is an amazing branded theme. I appreciate what you have done. Thank you.
It looks PR https://github.com/adventistchurch/alps-wordpress/pull/668 (ready for release and pending one more approval), based on issue https://github.com/adventistchurch/alps-wordpress/issues/658 resolves some default settings-related issues, e.g., installing required plugins, prebuilding menus, as well as fixing that extra space character in the footer, after the city.
I see no mention of page templates though. All I see is the mentioning site themes.
I have subscribed to the issue and PR threads. Once the new release becomes available, I will test if this resolves my issue before closing the issue that I have created.
Please try updating to current theme and let me know if this is still an issue
Hi @leslietech,
Did you make some updates to our latest theme? Do you still have the same issue?
Thanks!
