Function keys do not work after resuming from suspend on Ubuntu 15.04

This appears to be an issue after upgrading the Dell-provided Ubuntu 14.04 to 15.04.

Workaround: Install a stock Ubuntu 15.04, overwriting the existing installation instead of upgrading.

Have the same problem with fresh 15.04 installation. Gnome shell.

BIOS version A04 has just been released. Perhaps this will help.

Had the same issue with Ubuntu Gnome 15.04 + GNOME 3.16 (GNOME3 Staging PPA).

Today there was an update for gnome-settings-daemon (3.16.2-0ubuntu1~vivid2).

Seems to work now!

Just for confirmation since my last comment, I have no FN key issues anymore since the gnome-settings-daemon update.
