Improve standalone server support

To make it easier to use, make the server package available from Releases:

  • [x] Separate server code
  • [ ] Automate creating ZIP package
  • [ ] Release file: server ZIP package (requires workflow)
  • [ ] Add documentation to /docs for using the image
