Suggestion: Add Timestamp to Output

Would it be possible to log/output not just the Time in microseconds since the program started, but also log the current epoch? This would allow replay of log output later at a particular start time.

Or start dump1090 with a print of the epoch?

It's not terribly important, but it would be a nice feature.

(thanks for this super-nice program and its super-easy installation. it would be nice to add some more user documentation, too, I figured it out from https://forum.radarbox24.com/index.php?topic=107751.new#new . Maybe just a list of sites or forums that have/had further Q&A about dump1090-mutability.)
