Arrow/page keys causing full page jump with long list of results (Firefox)

Expected Behavior

Arrow/Page keys should have default behavior of small jumps down/up page

Actual Behavior

Initial use of arrow/page keys can result in a jump to bottom or top.

Steps to Reproduce

Do search with lots of results, enough to extend past end of page. After finished loading, press arrow/page down key to see jump. Also from bottom the same happens with up arrow and page up keys.
