I don't have time right now to write the yaml file but I can do that later. I just wanted to open this so I don't lose track.

The pull request https://github.com/rubyevents/rubyevents/pull/776 and this commit https://github.com/rubyevents/rubyevents/commit/d440504622c01e1482980d9a08b43e2e4d73431c added placeholder events for these events.
