Add a burger menu in mobile

In mobile there is currently no menu available. We should have a burger menu with a dropdown available

Hello Adrien can I work on this issue and can you please tell what are the contribution guidelines for this as I couldn't find anything related to issues, branches or PRs in the existing guidelines

sure @code-death feel free to take this issue. There is no particular guideline at this point. for the menu I was looking into the details/summary html element to create the dropdown. I used it in several project and it works great
