Add the ability to filter the results

To enhance the search experience we should be able to filter the content by several facets. Meilisearch should make this quite straightforward forward the largest challenge is the build the UI:

Filter

  • [ ] Filter by year
  • [ ] Filter by keynotes
  • [ ] Filter by conference name

UI

For the UI taking some inspiration from TailwindUI would be great
