Group the same talk given at multiple events

Speakers tend give do the same (or very similar) talks at multiple events. I would be cool if we could group these talks on the speaker page and let the speaker pick their "preferred version" of that talk, which we would then also signal to visitors.

There is not really a reason why someone on RubyVideo.dev would want to watch the "same" talk more than once, but if they choose to watch one it should be the one the speaker is most happy with.

I find this idea interesting but I am unsure how to make it

1. easy to understand for the visitor
2. easy to understand for the author so that he can claim his page and suggest the prefferred version

do you have an idea? also @khasinski happy to hear your suggestions
