Correct name for Fable Phippen

Hey @calebhearth, thanks for the pull request. Did you talk to Fable in order to change the name here?

But I think this is a very personal decision that each person should decide for themselves if they want their old name changed or if these identities should stay separate on a platform like RubyEvents.org. But I'm happy to proceed either way.
