Feature request: Import command

It would be nice to be able to import an existing .env file with key=value pairs.

The command in my mind would look something like

ejson-kms import .env --path="secrets/dev.json" 

If you think this seems reasonable I may work on implementing it.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Sounds like it would help new users adopt the tool and migrate their projects, so I'll gladly review a PR
