Compatibility with "Butler" power-up

Hi, your plugin is totally awesome. I cannot believe Trello doesn't natively include this functionality, but meanwhile your plugin is a great workaround. So thanks!!!

There is one bug I have noticed however. If you use Butler to automate adding a checklist triggered by some action, the plugin doesn't show the new list immediately on the card face. You have to reload the whole board or go in/out of the card for the new checklist to appear on the front of the card.

This is a problem for us because we love your plugin for the whole reason that you can immediately see what tasks there are.

Just a suggestion that would make your great plugin even better. Thanks!!!!

Some tests I made:

• click a Card button that adds a Checklist and add an Item => the Item is visible when back to Board view
• click a Board button that adds a Card which contains a Checklist with an Item => the Item is not immediately visible when back on the Board view
