Next steps don’t show on startup

loading and won't complete Hello. "Next Step for Trello" keeps loading and won't complete. Is this due to the large number of cards on the board? Is there a rule about the maximum number of cards?

I observed the same problem on a personal board, using Brave. The next step ended loading after I manually reset its mode.
