Can this project and its code be compiled to JavaScript (i.e. is it pure Kotlin, no Java dependencies?)?

I'm looking for a way to programmatically represent state between the JVM and Javascript runtimes (single source of truth) - could your code be cross-compiled using Kotlin-to-JavaScript?
