Not working in android pie

I am trying to use your library in my project. It is working fine in all devices but not working in device having android pie. How to solve this? I have tried everything but not getting the issue.

On my phone Realme 2,it's os is android Pie and it is working. But it is not working with my other testing devices one is One Plus 6 and the other one is Sony. Both have the same OS Pie
