Archive repositories

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It'd be great if it'd be possible to archive repos instead of deleting them. E.g. I wouldn't want to delete projects that are published on npm but archiving them would be great.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a step that asks if I want to delete or archive.

Describe alternatives you've considered Didn't consider alternatives but came across this project and would use it for an "archive session". 🙈

I wonder if we could support that via parameters:

ghpew --archive or ghpew -a
