Can iPad mini2 10.3.3 use this script to deactivate locks?

The iPad mini2 12.5.7 downgraded to 10.3.3 has an activation lock. Can I use this script to disable it?

Thanks to everyone, the iPad mini2 has been downgraded from 12.5.7 to 10.3.3 and the activation lock has been fixed. Although the 3U tools software shows that the device is not activated, it is still possible to download apps from app sotre.
