Support for Bootstrap 5

Hey @adrianhurt,

with Bootstrap 5 Beta 1 there shouldn't be any more breaking chances to the Bootstrap 5 API. See https://blog.getbootstrap.com/2020/12/07/bootstrap-5-beta-1/ Do you plan to add Bootstrap 5?

Hi Mathias, sorry for the late reply. I think I will not continue to maintain the library. I'm not using Play for last 2 years and I'm not sure if ithe library is still interesting nowadays.... Sorry!
