Changes After Upload

So I had this website for quite a while now everything functioning, great thing really.

But I encountered and issue, well its probably my fault since i dont know how to but i would like to have someone tell me how to change things in the Experience Section, resume. and then make the new text appear when hosting. In the Code everything is edited but when i upload the new files to Hostinger it just doesnt seem to care that theres a new text and it just stays the same.

help would be appreciated. Thanks!
