Deployed Version laggy and slow on mobile

I just started this tutorial, and i tried viewing the deployed hosted on 3d-portfolio.com on my PC browser; i loved it, however viewing it on a mobile device gives a slightly worse UX as the floating house rotates on mobile devices on a seemingly low sensitivity, How do we fix this moving forward because i believe more than 50% of those who would be viewing our portfolio would either view on mobile particulary or on both Mobile and PC
