Support unnamed arguments

You usually would like to support something like:

copy source dest

or

myapp copy source dest

Currently it seems you can only support:

myapp copy -src source -dst dest

I would very much like to support that. Depending on the changes it require, I may have it supported in one of the upcoming versions.

Sorry. No update. This project is considered complete unless a bug fix is required, however - it am keeping this open as I really like the idea. Have you considered forking and implementing it by yourself?
