As per the discussion on https://github.com/fluxcd/helm-operator/issues/457, I believe this problem is caused by helm-operator 1.2.0 working with an older version of the HelmRelease CRD. Commit b3401b14fc71b1fa6a34978c9091ddbd61a52d6e fixes an occurrence of this problem on the EnterMasterPassword activity.
