Request to include `~/.config` as a fallback `XDG_CONFIG_HOME` directory

Hi @Haarolean, I added `~/.config` in the default list of `XDG_CONFIG_DIRS` on macOS in v0.5.1 (the current version is v0.5.3). Is there something not working for you?
