Move timer in screensaver mode in small increments

Problem: Screensaver mode moves the time very abruptly about every minute. I keep my device to my side so that I can quickly glance at it and the abrupt change in position almost always grabs my attention.

Solution: Move the timer in smaller increments every second or a couple of seconds so as to not be distracting.

I can confirm this is also a small annoyance for me.
