Multi-instance devices

Some zwave devices have multiple instances, an example is EvaLogik's outdoor smart plug, which has individually controlled outlets.

I found no way of providing an "instance" parameter to mqtt and this bridge.

Thanks for the issue – do you have any information on how these devices normally appear/how the instance parameter is normally provided? I will do a bit of research on this but I don't have a device like that personally so might not be able to provide a fix right now. I'd be happy to review a pull request if this is something you're able to work on yourself?
