Winget update to 21.0.7.6 from 21.0.6.7 does not work

Please provide a brief summary of the bug

The update is advertised but when trying to run it it complains there is no available release for my system.

The github release areaa has the releases but it seems somehow there is some manifest or reference wrong.

have 21.0.6.7 installed via winget anad try an update to latest

Update viaa winget works
