Look at disk space utilisation for the OSUOSL aarch64 machines

We have been hitting various issues with space being exhausted on our aarch64 dockerhost systems at OSUOSL. Each of the three systems has 150GiB allocated to /var/lib/docker and they are all at quite high utilisation.

We have 1TiB available to us for these systems (and according to the portal we have it all allocated, but that should be checked in case there are volumes which are not allocated to machines) and the three 150GiB file systems is using about half of that. We should analyse whether we need a working amount higher than 150GiB for the use of those machines (static docker test images should be relatively small) and if we cannot make the available space work without problems we should raise a request to OSUOSL to try asnd inrease our available capacity to avoid problems.

Update: dockerhost-osuosl-ubuntu2404-aarch64-3 reported "No space left on device" and killed a build on the 26th of November.
