Machine is offline in jenkins as the machine is switched off in the Azure portal (likely done a few months ago to reduce costs). Since we have three active machines this is not a critical outage and we should consider whether to:

  1. Bring it back to life and use it
  2. Leave it off and fully deprovision it in Azure
