De-duplicate AWX setup documentation

We currently have ansible-tower.md in this repository (last updated 5 years ago) from the setup of the original AWX server, and the Ansible AWX wiki page. This should be de-duplicated/consolidated/changed to ensure there is nothing "missing" from the new version, and then remove the out of date documentation.

Also note that the internal certificates expire, and in this siutation a restart of the k3s service will recover them. Ref #3887
