Ansible request for Temurin 21 on Alpine/aarch64 test machines

Most of the alpine/aarch64 machines were set up using a distribution-supplied JDK17 for the jenkins agent. We should look at switching this for a Temurin 21 now that it is generally available.

Noting that it looks like we are using a JDK20 boot JDK for Linux/aarch64 (not alpine) too at the moment which should be looked into from a reproducibility perspective. Slack thread
