New Machine requirement: docker-marist should be replaced with a later Ubuntu

I need to request a new machine:

  • New machine operating system (e.g. linux/windows/macos/solaris/aix): Ubuntu 20.04 (probably)
  • New machine architecture (e.g. x64/aarch32/arm32/ppc64/ppc64le/sparc): s390x
  • Provider (leave blank if it does not matter): Marist
  • Desired usage: Running jobs that reuqire docker
  • Any unusual specification/setup required: No
  • How many of them are required: 1

Please explain what this machine is needed for: Replacement of docker-marist-ubuntu1604-s390x-1 which is now out of support and is causing problems with the new Debian Linux packaging.

Replacement dockerhost system running Ubuntu 22.04 which has been created as part of https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/issues/2673 will be suitable for this task.

System now has two test-docker* containers on it. I've marked https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/computer/docker%2Dmarist%2Dubuntu1604%2Ds390x%2D1/ offline to see if it has any negative effects. If so, this can be reopened.
