That comment is not helpful. RISC-V is not a high priority platforms as we don't ship it, and this has not been fully tested as we do not cross compile this version at present, but it makes sense to do so.
My apologies. :( I was trying to be humorous. Clearly that failed.
Maybe draft is a better status - makes it clear to all it is not being considered for merge.
