Remove code that removes old certificates from the machine

Once this has been run on all machines there shoulkd be no need to keep this code historically so we should remove it later.

This is marked as a good first issue, are there details that a new contributor could use in order to actually accomplish this issue.

It needs a revert of the parts of the code in there referenced PR relating to removing the LJC certificate.
