DisabledAlgorithms test on Solaris/x64 is not passing with 8u432 material or later

Discovered in Triage of the January release, but it also seems to affect the October 8u432. 8u442 will pass with the 8u422 test material. A change went into the test in June last year (presumably just after the 8u422 cutoff)

The error is Expected SSL exception not thrown on server side

There is some analysis with 100 iterations at in the triage issue. It should be noted that the analysis in there has determined that it passes - but only intermittently - with Bellsoft's Liberica 8u442. Related slack thread where some extra discussion took place
