Produce a lightning talk video for release triage
Related: https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/issues/3327
We have a few short videos on the Adoptium youtube channel. As noted in the referenced issue the Triage docs could use a little TLC, and I believe a short 5-10 minute video on how to perform release triage to include the following points would be useful for the project, and also for new people involved in the the release process and the release champions who are interpreting results:
- Where to start when you are tasked with performing the AQA triaging for a release build pipeline
- How to create and populate the release triage issue in the aqa-tests repository
- A walkthrough showing one test failure that is in the pipeline being triaged and what you might do to it to determine whether it is a stop-ship or not
For the final bullet point I envisage someone checking the pipelines before doing the recording to ensure that there are suitable examples of failing tests in the pipeline to be demonstrated :-)
@sxa - please add me as editor to the youtube channel, and I will begin to upload videos to it.

That ended up being more of a hassle than I expected to achieve, but hopefully you now have an invite pending in your work email account :-)
@smlambert @Haroon-Khel Thinking about this in the context of getting more people involved in triage - did we create any specific videos covering the bullet points in this issue
@smlambert Based on the community call I haven't watched it yet but does https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWD_b8cwIVg cover this?
Indeed it would, and I have added chapter headings to that 40 minute video to help direct people to particular parts of the video that may be of interest to them.

I will close this issue as completed.
