Various temurin-compliance automation improvements

The list looks generally like:

• [ ] creating a test job that sets up the interactive testing environment on any machine - @smlambert
• [x] re-inclusion of auto-manual tests on Mac platform (upon verifying that it all works / all machines configured properly) - @sophia-guo
• [x] setup regular runs off weekly build pipelines - @sophia-guo
• [ ] improve automation for compiler tests - @Mesbah-Alam
• [ ] follow-up on some AIX jdk17+ machine config - @sxa
• [x] jtx file for flaky tests that will get run as part of auto-manuals so automation runs green - @Mesbah-Alam
• [ ] improvements to results storage automation - needs assignment
