Update to use highcharts-react-official

Due to historical reasons, we are using both highcharts-react-official and react-highcharts in the project. We need to clean up the code and update to use the latest official version highcharts-react-official.

Yep, cool that our use pre-dated the existence of highcharts-react-official and good now that we can try to transition to it.

We should also upgrade highcharts version to the latest.

@OscarQQ could you help with this issue when you have time? If it is easier, we can upgrade highcharts version first, then update to use one library.

Bump highcharts from 7.2.2 to 9.0.0 in /test-result-summary-client https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/pull/416 is merged
