adoptium.net website support to display "3rd Party Reproducible Verified" "Check mark" next to JDK Downloads.

Adding an additional icon similar to the others (jck certified, aqavit verified) in use. Icon folder here.

Use some suitable icon indicating 3rd party has verified that this temurin build is reproducible.

@CarmenDelgadoEclipse Users create an Attestation PullRequest here: https://github.com/adoptium/temurin-attestations once merged, the Adoptium API will return it. The website needs new code to support querying the Adoptium API for them...
