Sustainers page highlighting problem

The Sustainers page scroll highlighting does not work as expected.

The sections for benefit levels (Diamond, Platinum, etc) stay dimmed when fully on the page, they are highlighted when partially off the page, e.g.

Note that the Diamond is dimmed, and Platinum is highlighted. Now scroll further and...

Platinum goes dim, and Gold becomes highlighted.

This one continues to frustrate me, if there's an UI experts out there who can spare some time to look at this it would be much appreciated :)

While figuring our how to solve this, we might leave this feature similar to event page timeline and create a new issue for enhacement.
