Look and feel -> Nimbus issue

Please provide a brief summary of the bug

In our Swing UI, If we change the Look and feel to Nimbus, the alarm title cannot be displayed as It has a white font on a white background. Like shown below:

If we change the Look and Feel to something other than Nimbus then it shows the title properly:

As per this defect it looks to have got resolved in Java 18 and later releases: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8058704

Is is possible to backport this fix to Adopt OpenJDK 17 release?

Its a high priority issue for us. Please respond at the earliest.

That said, I see that it has not been backported in which case you'll need to do so yourself or likely take up a commercial support offering.

May I know in which exact release it has been fixed? Is there any possibility of backporting it to 17?

JDK-8058704 indicates it's in JDK 18 and better. E.g. JDK 21.
