Demo Fixes

• [ ] put sliders on parameters
• [ ] load horizon and unload horizon sliders should be dynamic
• [ ] put transitions on load horizon
• [ ] fix rendering of unload horizon
• [ ] initialReadOffset renders new dataset at that readOffset
• [ ] pageSize renders new dataset at the currentReadOffset
• [ ] creates new instance of initialReadOffset and pageSize after user confirms on click
• [ ] add a 'Go' button for user to click for initialReadOffset and pageSize
• [ ] button can't be clicked unless initialReadOffset and pageSize values have changed
• [ ] sliders should have min/max values
