Purchased Tag Reader is not reading
I purchased my tag reader quite a while ago and finally set it up, it read several times and now it won't read. It was reading right after a boot up but then had a nasty tone and wouldnt read any longer. I restarted the device and it worked a few times and the tone of death again. Now it won't read at all .. Have tried installing new firmware via your site as well. Installs but doesnt help

Thanks for the response. I ordered this several years ago and didn't set it up until today. I am in the US and I don't think you can ship to me. I searched my emails and couldn't find my original order. If we think the hardware is dead I might just be out of luck.
Don’t want to just leave this hanging out there. Wish I had set it up when received to verify hardware was good. Best of luck
