tagreader lite (low mem version)

I've opened PR #292 with lite configurations which bring back original simple tag scanning functionalities. I'm focusing on my TagTuner project which is build around esp32 and there is a lot of new functionalities possible. Since people are still using tagreader I figured you might want to keep it simple back as designed. Oh, and I've got TagTuner configuration working on tagreader hardware so if someone really wants to have music tags scanning, please move to TagTuner configs. Hope this helps.

@luka6000 do you know if this works with ESPHome 2025.7.0? I am finding the standard version is failing to build.

@nsleigh I've just checked that tagreader-original.yaml https://github.com/adonno/tagreader/pull/292/commits/a1008734a5320b61e2915cd7e2f57c94e8e4beea compiles just fine on 2025.7.1

Thanks, looks like it was just an issue with 2025.7.0 as the standard code now works with 2025.7.1. Might try your lite version now I know I have a route back.
