SSR Allowlist

Currently, you can configure an allow list for pages to be rendered with SSR or not The problem is that it won't work out of the box: the app.tsx file must be adapted to hydrate or render depending on whether the page is in server side rendered

So we need to find a way to make this more easily configurable
