MWPW-174046 Plans Cards - adjust for long badge with mnemonics
When MAS plans card has mnemonics, the badge width should be reduced for the width of these mnemonics.
Resolves: MWPW-174046
Math :
Badge max width = single card width * card size - 40px for margins - nmb of mnemonics * 48px
where card size is 2 for wide and super-wide, 1 for single cards
on mobile card size is always 1
