[Bug]: sp-tab label tab focus is slightly clipped on the edge when it is used within sp-tabs-overflow

Expected behavior
Component should properly adjust space for tab focus rectangle when it is used within sp-tabs-component
Actual behavior
Tab focus is slightly clipped on the left most tab item. Tabs focus top and bottom is slight clipped for sp-tabs compact mode
