[RAC] Flickering issues with Popover's 'left' position

Provide a general summary of the issue here

Almost all of the Popover examples having 'left' or 'start' placement is having flickering issues when animated.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

Exit animations should run smooth.

😯 Current Behavior

I confirmed the flickering with multiple examples, including RAC's examples page, justd & jolly-ui.

I tested it on the latest releases of both Chrome Stable (129.0.6668.71) and Dev (130.0.6723.19).

On firefox, it's fine.
