Expert tip preview_onedrive is always displayed

Description Whenever you hit preview in a word document, the expert tip is displayed. This is pretty annoying. Unfortunately, enabling the "don't show any help" option in sidekick does not make this one go away.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a sharepoint doc
  2. Hit preview

Expected behavior No expert tip when "dont show any help" option is enabled

Ha, that one actually wasn't meant to be help content, more like crucial information to get preview to work ;)

But I agree, after a while, people probably get it. Maybe we should show it 5-10 times, then switch back to the regular "Please wait..."?

Sounds ok to me, please note that this tip does not work anyway - I frequently have a delay of 1 to 2 minutes before preview really works; but that's a different issue :)
