Allow preview/publish for asset resources

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For users to publish assets (anything that is not a word doc or excel sheet) they need to do so from the Sharepoint folder view. If they open that asset (at least for PDFs, I'm unsure of other asset types). they end up on a url like https://adobe.sharepoint.com/sites/HelixProjects/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FHelixProjects%2FShared%20Documents%2Fsites%2Fuhg%2Fsurest%2Fresources%2F407502%5F23%2DAI%2D407510%2DALL%2DALL%2DALL%2DB2B%2DTherapyProtocolPDF%5F042123%2Epdf&parent=%2Fsites%2FHelixProjects%2FShared%20Documents%2Fsites%2Fuhg%2Fsurest%2Fresources, and sidekick can be opened, but not actions are available.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally, we should make preview/publish available here

Describe alternatives you've considered If this isn't possible, the sidekick should indicate the problem and how they can preview/publish the file they are looking it. instead it just says "Select files below"
