When download/share is disabled through search properties, that also disables those in the cart

Describe the bug When download/share is disabled through search properties, that also disables those buttons in the cart. In my mind at least, there should be a way to allow download and sharing, but only via the cart. TBH I'm not sure if this is considered a bug or a feature request.

Environment

• AEM Version: CS Local Sandbox
• Asset Share Commons Version: 1.9.4
• Author, Publish or both: both

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. on the search page, go to page properties and de-select "Enable Downloading" and/or "Enable Sharing"
2. Add some assets to the cart and then view the cart model

Expected behavior Cart should allow download/share (or perhaps there should be a separate config element for allowed on card/details page, and allowed in cart)
